Sharat Chandra Srivastava started learning how to play the violin at 7, from his grandfather, the renowned North Indian violinist Pt Joi Srivastava. He is a part of India’s premier rock band Parikrama and founded the Delhi-based fusion band, Mrigya. Sharat has explored a range of genres and musical traditions, and founded Sharat and Friends with the hope of continuing that exploration.

In this digital performance, Igor Bezget, Tadej Kampi, Sachin Kapoor, Sidhant Mathur, Heiko Dijker, Shambhu Nath Battacharjee, Madhabika Nayak, Chintan Kalra

and Sukriti Sen will join Sharat from around the world for a virtual collaboration, celebrating Indian ragas.
